1. Cancellation Policy
1.1 Order/Service Cancellation by Customer
You may request cancellation of an order or service within:
- Before order processing/dispatch (for products)
- Within 24 hours of service booking (for services)

If the order/service has already been processed, shipped, or completed, cancellation may not be possible.
1.2 Cancellation by Company
We reserve the right to cancel an order or booking due to:
- Product/service unavailability
- Issues with payment verification
- Errors in pricing or information
- Any fraudulent or suspicious activity
In such cases, the customer will be notified, and a full refund will be issued.
2. Refund Policy
2.1 Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:
- The product is damaged, defective, or not as described
- The service is not delivered as promised
- Cancellation request was made within the allowed time frame
- Order cannot be fulfilled by the company
Refund requests must be submitted within 10 days of receiving the product/service.
2.2 Non-Refundable Items/Services
No refunds will be issued for:
- Digital products/services that have been accessed or downloaded
- Customized or personalized services
- Special orders made on request
- Services that have already been partially or fully completed
- Subscription or membership fees once activated
2.3 Refund Processing Time
Once approved, refunds will be processed within:
- 5–7 business days for online payments
- 7–10 business days for bank transfers
The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- The item must be returned with all original packaging

Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
4. No-Show or Late Requests
- No refund will be issued if the customer fails to avail a scheduled service without notice.
- Refund cannot be processed if the return/refund request is made after the allowed time frame.
